Terms of use
Educational and workflow tool
Ins Cheat Sheet organizes agency information and provides educational explanations. It is not an insurance carrier, producer of record, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, tax adviser, or claims administrator. It does not bind coverage, amend a policy, guarantee eligibility, or replace current carrier and contract documentation.
Authorized use
Users must have permission to upload, store, and use documents and images. Do not upload unlawful material, third-party forms without appropriate rights, credentials, malware, or unnecessary sensitive client information. Account access may not be shared outside the authorized agency team.
Verification responsibility
Carrier appetite, underwriting, commissions, contracts, licensing, and policy information can change. Users are responsible for checking the effective source, state, product, policy language, carrier confirmation, and licensing requirements before acting.
Public profiles and content
A professional who publishes a public profile is responsible for its accuracy and for any required advertising, licensing, or business disclosures. Learning Center material may be shared with attribution but may not be republished as a substitute for professional advice or represented as a carrier guarantee.
Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as the service develops. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability and accurate educational content, but uninterrupted operation and error-free results cannot be guaranteed.
