PRIVACY

Privacy policy

This summary explains the principal categories of information used to operate Ins Cheat Sheet. It is intended to be clear and readable.

Information used by the service

The service may process account details, agency profile information, team roles, carrier documents, agency notes, support requests, professional-profile information, and activity needed to provide requested features.

Agencies should not upload unnecessary personally identifying, medical, payment, claim, or applicant information. Risk Fit prompts are designed for de-identified scenarios.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, operate private agency workspaces, process authorized documents, answer workspace questions, provide support, secure the platform, and improve reliability. Public professional-profile information is displayed only when the profile owner enables publication.

The public website records privacy-limited page-view and daily visitor counts using a random first-party identifier. These aggregate measurements help the site owner understand traffic; they do not record page content, carrier documents, or advertising profiles.

Service providers and AI processing

Ins Cheat Sheet uses infrastructure and technology providers to host the service and operate requested features. When an AI-assisted feature is used, the minimum information needed for that request may be processed by the relevant provider. Users should keep prompts and documents appropriately limited and de-identified.

Retention and control

Some temporary form and conversation data expires automatically, while agency records remain until removed by an authorized user or required for service operation. Agency owners control team access. Requests concerning account information should be submitted through the authenticated Support section.

Security and changes

No online system can promise absolute security. Ins Cheat Sheet uses access controls and private workspace boundaries designed to reduce unauthorized access. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the current version posted here applies to future use.
