HOW THE RECORDS CONNECT

COMMON QUESTIONS

Know where the tool stops.

Can this connect commission records to policies and producers?

Yes. It compares imported policy numbers and producer details with the agency's Sold Policy Log, then labels each row matched, needing review, or unmatched.

Does a match prove the carrier paid the correct amount?

No. The workspace highlights the recorded difference. The carrier statement, contract, accounting records, and agency review remain controlling.

Can ordinary agents see agency commission statements?

No. Commission reconciliation is limited to the agency owner and authorized administrators.
