  • Optional liability or full-coverage labels
  • Automatic six- or twelve-month renewal dates

HOW IT FITS THE WORKFLOW

From source to next action.

  1. 1Record a policy sale and its effective date.
  2. 2Choose a six- or twelve-month term when the system should calculate the renewal date.
  3. 3Add an optional coverage label for reporting without treating it as policy language.
  4. 4Review personal results or, with administrator access, compare authorized agency activity.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Know where the tool stops.

Can one producer see another producer's sales?

Not by default. Standard agents see their own sales records. Authorized agency administrators can review and update records across active non-administrator staff.

Does the coverage label confirm the policy's actual coverage?

No. Liability and full coverage are optional reporting labels. The issued policy and carrier documents control the actual coverage, limits, and terms.

How is the renewal date calculated?

When an agent chooses a six- or twelve-month term, Ins Cheat Sheet calculates the renewal date from the effective date, including month-end and leap-year adjustments.
